The recruitment process at Hailey is quite straight forward: We avoid months-long processes, and we always strive for quick feedback and communication!
☎️ A first phone call: We start the process with a first phone call focusing on practical details & making sure that we’re on the same page!
💻 Digital interview: Next step is to meet the People & Culture team, where we can focus more on you and have a more in depth conversation about the role you’ve applied for.
👥 Hiring manager & case interview: When we both feel that this could be a match, we schedule an interview with your potential future manager. In this stage, you get to present a case (don’t worry, you will get support & time to prepare!)
🏩 Physical interview: Time to visit our office! As an office first company, it’s important that you get an insight of what working at Hailey feels like. You will get to meet the team manager and normally some team members during this interview!
And of course: The entire recruitment process runs through our own recruitment feature in Hailey, from application to digital references and signed contract - and pre-boarding before your start date!
