We built Hailey because we experienced the same struggles HR teams have faced for years - outdated tools, slow processes, and scattered data. Since 2020, we've been challenging old ways and technology to deliver flexible, scalable solutions that truly make a difference!

We believe the best HR platform is built by people who love what they do. At Hailey, 160+ team members contributes with their knowledge every day and isn't afraid to challenge with fresh ideas.

Stockholm HQ: Our main office is located in Hornstull, right in the heart of one of Stockholms most vibrant neighbourhoods. During 2026, Hailey will have 3 full floors!

Hudik Hub: We have a small hub in Hudiksvall for one of our Swedish market Sales teams, located in Håstaholmen!

Henrik Jakobson, Peter Weibull and Kristofer Ericson founded Hailey after a frustrating search for an HR system for their staffing and recruitment company Bravura. When they couldn't find a solution that met their needs, they decided to build their own.

👋 Interested in joining Hailey? Here's what you can expect from our recruitment process:

The recruitment process at Hailey is quite straight forward: We avoid months-long processes, and we always strive for quick feedback and communication!

☎️ A first phone call: We start the process with a first phone call focusing on practical details & making sure that we’re on the same page!

💻 Digital interview: Next step is to meet the People & Culture team, where we can focus more on you and have a more in depth conversation about the role you’ve applied for.

👥 Hiring manager & case interview: When we both feel that this could be a match, we schedule an interview with your potential future manager. In this stage, you get to present a case (don’t worry, you will get support & time to prepare!)

🏩 Physical interview: Time to visit our office! As an office first company, it’s important that you get an insight of what working at Hailey feels like. You will get to meet the team manager and normally some team members during this interview!

And of course: The entire recruitment process runs through our own recruitment feature in Hailey, from application to digital references and signed contract - and pre-boarding before your start date!
