About the position 💼
The focus of the position as Account Executive at Hailey HR is B2B sales, where you are responsible for the entire sales journey: from prospecting to closing deals. This includes processing new clients, booking client meetings and presenting Hailey’s system in demos. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers in various industries and sizes, working closely with HR managers, CEO’s and management teams.
You will assume great personal responsibility for your own development. Collaborating with your manager, you will define your own goals and budget, while receiving their support throughout your journey to becoming a successful Account Executive.

What are we looking for?
- Fluent in Swedish (professional level) & great English skills (speech and writing).
- Work experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in HR/recruitment, leadership or service is highly beneficial.
- Post-secondary education is highly beneficial.

Scope: 100% Start: Whenever you're ready! Salary: Base salary + commission. Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on site)
