About the position 💼
The role as Customer Success Specialist is an entry level position for newly HR-graduates, with an opportunity to grow within HR project management.
When customers join our HR system, the Customer Success team is responsible for the onboarding. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will project manage the implementation of the system for our customers, enhance their HR practices, and educate managers in the system.
In this role, you will become an expert in our HR system through close collaboration with our developers to continuously improve the system and its functionalities. You will represent HR departments needs internally, thereby enabling the system to be the absolute best in the market!
What are we looking for?
- Newly graduated HR-student with post-secondary education in HR, or equivalent degree.
- Experience within HR/equivalent during studies is beneficial.
- Great communication skills.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and Finnish (speech and writing).
