About the role:

As an Account Executive at Hailey, you’ll drive the full sales process – from prospecting to closing – and work closely with HR managers, CEOs and leadership teams across industries. You’ll join a supportive and enthusiastic team that truly believes in our product.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Swedish (professional level) & great English skills (speech and writing).
  • Experience in B2B sales; HR, recruitment, leadership or service experience is highly beneficial.
  • Post-secondary education is highly beneficial.

  • Driven, passionate, dedicated and motivated by achieving goals.
  • Thriving in building relationships with customers, by staying curious and showing great communication skills.
  • Interested in learning everything about HR-tech!

Scope: 100% Start: Whenever you're ready! Salary: Base salary + commission. Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on site)
