About the role:
As an Account Executive at Hailey, you’ll drive the full sales process – from prospecting to closing – and work closely with HR managers, CEOs and leadership teams across industries. You’ll join a supportive and enthusiastic team that truly believes in our product.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent in Swedish (professional level) & great English skills (speech and writing).
- Experience in B2B sales; HR, recruitment, leadership or service experience is highly beneficial.
- Post-secondary education is highly beneficial.

Scope: 100% Start: Whenever you're ready! Salary: Base salary + commission. Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on site)
