About the position 💼
In the role as Backend-developer at Hailey HR, you will work in our development team that includes frontend & backend developers. We work closely with our Quality Assurance & UX teams to set the foundation to our platform’s functionality and further develop it’s architecture.
We use modern patterns and frameworks, focusing on development of an event sourced architecture using CQRS-patterns to separate micro services. The current service is built in .NET Core and is largely hosted in Microsoft's Azure cloud.
We’re looking for a person who enjoys the idea of having the code you write published multiple times a day and see the benefits of automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, code analysis, and deployment. You should also like to be involved in requirements gathering from a backend perspective and understanding customer needs.

Therefore, we appreciate if you value quality and are committed to your own and the company's development. It's perfectly fine if you are not familiar with the frameworks and patterns used.
What are we looking for?
- Post secondary education in relevant area.
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
- Full professional fluency in Swedish and great English skills (speech and writing).

- DDD, .Net Core, Azure, Event sourcing, CQRS, AMQP (Azure Service bus), Layered architecture, AAA-patterns for unit testing, Scripted CI/CD-pipelines, OpenId Connect, Crypto shredding.
