About the position 💼
As Bid Manager at Hailey HR, you will support our sales team by providing expertise in bid-related matters such as legal requirements, compliance, sourcing and gathering of relevant information. The position builds on and expands the work previously handled part-time by our Legal Counsel and our sales executives - and now, we’re scaling up to a full-time role reporting to Hailey’s Legal Counsel!
You will be the first point of contact for sales-related questions that previously went to our product, development, and legal team. Your role includes taking ownership of larger and prioritised RFIs while ensuring that sales retains ownership of smaller processes.
In this position, you will also explore and establish a structured approach for handling public procurement, ensuring that Hailey is well-positioned within that segment. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a question library with FAQ with answers explaining new functionality in collaboration with our product and development teams.
What are we looking for?
- Background in business, law, or engineering (e.g., civil economics, business law, industrial engineering) or equivalent degree.
- 0-5 years of work experience.
- Fluent in Swedish (professional level) & strong English skills (both spoken and written).
- Ability to take initiative and drive processes independently.
- A strong curiosity to deeply understand the content of responses.
