About the position 💼  

We are establishing a new department at Hailey dedicated to integrations. This team will focus on enhancing our existing standard integrations, developing new ones, and supporting customers with tailored solutions. Previously part of our Development department, this new structure allows us to give integrations the specialized attention they deserve, which ensures greater continuity, an agile process suited for building integrations, and an even better experience for our customers. 

We’re looking for someone who values automation and understands the benefits of automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, code analysis, and deployment. You enjoy being involved in backend requirements gathering and have a strong interest in understanding customer needs. 

As a member of this newly established team, you will collaborate closely with the Integration department manager, two backend developers, and a QA engineer. Together, you will define the team’s ways of working and shape the technical direction for integration development at Hailey. This is a unique opportunity to influence both the culture and the architecture of a growing function, while collaborating with customers, product department, customer success, and other development teams to deliver great integration experiences.

What are we looking for? 

  • Post secondary education in relevant area. 
  • Minimum 1 years of backend development experience. 
  • Interest in working with integrations. 
  • Full professional fluency in Swedish and great English skills (speech and writing).

What you will learn or might already know:

.Net Core, REST, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, salary processes, EntraId/AD, Event sourcing, CQRS, AMQP, Layered architecture, AAA-patterns for unit testing, Scripted CI/CD-pipelines.  💡 It's perfectly fine if you are not familiar with the frameworks and patterns used, we are more interested in your mindset and willingness to learn.
