About the position 💼
If you enjoy making IT run smoothly, improving workflows, and ensuring both tech and people have what they need to succeed - this could be your role!
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented IT-support technician to help us streamline and improve our IT operations. You will be our go-to person within IT and be responsible for everything from hardware management, supplier contacts and setting routines internally.
Example of tasks:
- Managing user accounts, system access, and permissions.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain computers and other equipment.
- Ensuring all conference rooms are set up in a streamlined, user-friendly way for meetings and events.
- Working with vendors such as Dustin and network providers for hardware purchases, orders, and inventory ownership.
- Set up routines, documentation, and priority lists, including a ticket-based workflow for requests.
- IT environment maintenance: Wi-Fi, speakers, conference room setups, cables, ongoing support, and managing tech during internal events/meetings.
What are we looking for:
- Full fluency in Swedish & great English skills (speech and writing).
- Experience with MDM via Entra ID.
- Relevant certifications or documented education.
- Knowledge of access management and permission control (e.g., Microsoft environments).
- Experience in both Mac & PC support.
