About the positionย ๐ผ
In the role as Employee Success Manager, you will be a part of Haileys People & Culture team. You will focus on our Development team, where your primary scope will be the manager responsibility for our 25-30 software developers. You will have regular 1-to-1 meetings with your employees, to support them in their success as software developers and other employee inquires. Arranging culture activities such as team events and activities for our Dev team will also be a part of you scope.ย
You will also assist our CTO in planning & documenting our development meetings, find competence development opportunities and arrange workshops or similar events for our software developers.ย
This is a new role at Hailey, and weโre looking for someone who can develop this role together with us and find new ways of working with our competence development for our Development team. You will report to our People & Culture Manager, and get all support needed in defining and developing your scope further!ย
What are we looking for?
- Post secondary education in HR, leadership or similar.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in working closely with development teams.
- Fluent in professional Swedish and great English skills (speech and writing).
