About the position 💼
If you’re structured, detail oriented and ready to step in wherever needed, we believe that this role could be a great fit for you! In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our Financial Controller and with our accounting firm.
You will be responsible for accounts payable by managing internal expenses, collecting receipts for corporate card transactions and post supplier invoices to submit for approval. You will also support in managing customer accounts and payments, internal payroll, internal and external financial inquires, and assist with audits.
Example of tasks:
- Accounts payable
- Preparing internal payroll
- Importing customer accounts and agreements in Fortnox
- Invoicing customers and follow up with potential reminders
What are we looking for?
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or an equivalent education
- 1-3 years of working experience within accounting
- Good working knowledge in Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English (speech & writing)
- Experience in SaaS is highly beneficial
