About Hailey 🩷

During the spring of 2020 Hailey HR was founded. We're a Swedish SaaS HR-tech company that want to digitalise, simplify and modernise the HR industry with our HR-system - join us on our journey!

About the positionΒ πŸ’Ό

As our next QA Engineer, you'll work within our development team alongside frontend and backend developers. Your focus is on making sure what we build actually holds up - through structured testing, automation, and a sharp eye for detail.

You'll design and validate test cases, build automated API and end-to-end tests, and do exploratory testing with a genuine interest in finding what others might miss. When bugs appear, you report them, follow the fix, and verify the result. You'll also work with customers and our Customer Success team to investigate issues raised by real users - keeping the feedback loop short between what's reported and what gets resolved.

What are we looking for?

  • Post-secondary education in relevant area.
  • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML, and a genuine interest in programming and software development.
  • Interest in test automation and passionate about quality, automation, and modern test strategies, patterns and frameworks.
  • Full professional fluency in Swedish and strong English skills, both spoken and written.

We believe you are:

  • Flexible, innovative and curious, and thrive in a dynamic environment where solutions are always open to discussion.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
  • Loving table tennis! (or at least find it okay, it’s a part of the culture after all πŸ“)

What you will learn/might already know:

  • Test automation tools and frameworks
  • Application Insights and other monitoring tools
  • Designing structured test cases
  • QA as part of CI/CD pipelines

More information Scope: 100% Start: September 2026 Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on-site)

We’re looking forward to your application! πŸ‘‹πŸ’Œ
