About the position 💼

In this role, you will drive projects from start to end and work broadly with operational development, process design and cross-functional improvements in our commercial and internal functions. With a focus on revenue, internal efficiency and customer value - you will get the opportunity to work in a central role for our operational success that brings direct impact.

The role requires an open mindset and the ability to work broadly with business development needs across the organisation. Your focus will be hands on execution, from identifying insights to implementing real improvements.

You will report directly to our CTO, and work in close collaboration with the management group at Hailey to achieve operational success.

Example of responsibility areas:

• Improving and streamlining our ways of working in our commercial departments (Customer Success & Sales) ensuring operational efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Optimising revenue through development and improvement of our CRM, customer platform, and internal tools.
• Identifying and developing ways of monitoring & following up on important KPI:s.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Master of Science (preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Data Science, Engineering Physics or equivalent).
• Experience: 5+ years of working experience in management consulting, IT-consulting, or equivalent role with focus on project management, problem solving and cross functional operations.
• Language: Full fluency in Swedish and English (speech & writing)
